6-Channel Reactor System

              

Molten-salt Reactor System

       

 

Multi-channel parallel reactor is one of the evaluation methods of catalysts which developed rapidly in recent years. Through effort of five years, proprietary technologies of material distribution and on-line simultaneous analysis have been formed. So the reactions in six channels can be carried out at the same reactants, temperature and pressure. And the products can be automatically removed out in 1 min and analyzed in turn by GC as an in-line operation after sampling.

Operating pressure: 0-10MPa
Temperature range: ambient-600℃
Catalyst charge: 1-10mL
Number of channels: 4-6

The system is designed for reactions which must be conducted isothermally, especially for exothermic reactions, due to its effective removal of the heat of reactions. We can customize the molten-salt reactor system according to the specific reaction.

 

 


Parallelized 16-Channel Reactor System


A 16-channel parallel reactor for the high throughput screening of catalysts has been developed. Homogenous distribution of the inlet reactants is assured by a diffusor plate and the same pressure over the catalyst beds by the same back pressure system. The system which can carry out 16 parallelized reactions simultaneously in common heating furnace decreases the development times for novel catalysts.

 

     

 

 

Reaction System for the Hydrogenation of Bio-oils to Jet Fuel

At present, renewable energy is developing rapidly at home and abroad due to the world energy crisis. Bio-oil is a relatively mature alternative energy. According to the varied raw oils, TJGE designs experiments to choose the suitable pretreatment methods, optimizes the technological process and manufactures the optimal production equipment for producing high quality biodiesel, jet fuel, etc.

Complete Process Research System for Reaction of Syngas to Ethylene Glycol

Comprehensive utilization of coal has been an important research field in China, of which the most popular approach is to use the synthesis gas as a raw material in a multi-stage reaction to synthesize ethylene glycol. This system allows the independent supply of raw materials, has a gas recycle, and has multiple reactors. The complete system is an integrated unit containing reaction, separation and control modules.

 

    

      

Reaction System for the Esterification of Acetic Acid to Ethenyl Ethanoate

It is dangerous to synthetize ethenyl ethanoate due to the corrosivity of acetic acid as feedstock, so that every detail should be thought out to smooth everything for the whole process.

     

Pilot Plant for High-pressure Hydrotreating Reaction with Hydrogen Recycle

The system is designed for catalyst testing, catalytic cracking, catalytic hydrogenation, disproportionation, hydrocarbon oxidation, and arene oxidation. It includes feed module, stainless steel tubular reactor, gas/liquid separators and control system (controllers of gas and liquid flow, liquid level, reaction pressure and temperature) and data acquisition system.

Multi-channel Micro Reaction System

The system is designed for simultaneous evaluation of multiple catalysts under the same reaction condition. The products out of each channel can be diverted online through its unique feed and automatic sampling system and analyzed by chromatography in turn, eliminating the influences of variations in temperature, pressure and flow rate on the results. The system reduces screening time, testing resource and energy consumption for catalyst development and research, especially in low-carbon applications.
